Job Description

Our client has a requirement for Change Management Consultant for a sixty (60) day opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, ONT

Requirements or Qualifications

• Must have ten (10) years experience in the last twenty (20) years, leading change management/transformation projects-Five (5) years experience must be in a Government Environment;
• Must have worked on two (2) Government projects valued at $1M plus;
• Must have experience as a change management/transformation specialist responsible for developing and implementing change management plan strategies and activities in a shared services environment;
• Must have five (5) years experience in business process reengineering theory and practice;
• Must have a degree/certification/post secondary degree in a related field or recognized professional certification; and
• Valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance
