Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst for a long term (1 year + 3x 1 year options) contract opportunity.  The position is located in Ottawa, Ontario.

Requirements or Qualifications

• Must have SECRET clearance
• 10+ recent years experience as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
• 4+  recent years of experience in PeopleSoft HRMS development and/or operational environment version 9.0 or greater
• 5+ recent years of experience performing fit-gap analysis and high level impact assessments for PeopleSoft version 8.0 or greater
• 3+ recent years of experience working as a Functional Analyst in an implementation or upgrade project for a PeopleSoft HR project with version 9.0 or greater
• 10+ recent years of experience gathering and analyzing  information for functional requirements
• Completed certified training in 4 of the following courses:
• UPK
• Intro to HR
• PeopleTools I
• PeopleTools II
• PeopleSoft HCM HR Certified Expert
• 2+ years of experience planning and conducting data conversion from a legacy system to PeopleSoft HRMS
• 5+ years of experience developing training documents using Oracle UPK application
• 3+ years of experience configuring PeopleSoft Workflow
