Job Description

Our client has a contract requirement for a UPK Consultant who has experience using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) for the design and development of system help, end user system documentation and/or self-learning tools for a computer application. The position is located in Ottawa Ontario.

Requirements

• Experience developing system help and end user training documentation associated with a Corporate Financial and Materiel Management System such as Oracle Financials,SAP, FreeBalance etc.
• Experience developing self learning tools (exercises and quizzes as an alternative to teacher led classroom style training).
• Experience providing training on the use of UPK for the development and publishing of system help and training documentation.
• Experience developing system help and training documentation for Oracle Financials Release 12.
