About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Trainer - Microsoft Cloud Services for a 3 Month Contract opportunity.  The position is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Role
Our client is looking for someone who has technical support, technical documentation/writing and training experience. This individual will be focused on taking existing documents and designing/writing technical training. They will also be facilitating the training in some instances, including online to the team in India (some flexibility in work hours is required).

Requirements or Qualifications
  • Microsoft certification on one or more disciplines (MCITP on Exchange 2010 or on O365)
  • Experience in Exchange 2013 and Office 2013 would be an asset
  • 3+ years of troubleshooting experience on complex, mission-critical, distributed applications within very large enterprise or hosted environments.
  • 2-3+ years working experience in supporting, troubleshooting, and operating:
    • Outlook 2010/2013
    • Exchange 2010/2013
    • Windows 2003/2008 R2
  • 2+ years experience in Active Directory,TCP/IP, DHCP and Hardware Load Balancers.
  • Strong working experience in development/scripting/PowerShell and develop custom SQL reports.
  • Strong experience on Exchange Online / Cloud environment
  • Strong experience on technical documentation
  • Strong training experience – Delivered public training to 20+ people
  • Programming experience with C#, ASP.NET, VB and other programming languages.
  • Experience in providing Customer Support in a fast-paced, dynamic and technical environment.
  • Able to independently troubleshoot and drive investigations to resolution.
  • Ability to work as project lead or manage beta projects
  • Demonstrated leadership through personal responsibility, accountability, and teamwork.
  • Strong planning, organizing, coordination and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong technical writing ability & research skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Superior judgment, critical thinking, problem resolution, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work as shift lead.
  • Ability to drive cross-group collaboration in a rapidly evolving organization.
  • Ability to take long age case and escalation from Support Engineer 2
  • Ability to work under deadline pressures.
  • Ability to be a quick learner
