About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a Program Manager for a 9 Month Contract opportunity.  The position is located in Scarborough/Toronto, ON.

Role

Our client is looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for managing all ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) Service deliverables. This candidate will be managing multiple projects for nine months starting in Scarborough work location and in June 2013, the work location will be at Bay and Wellington. This individual would be managing multiple projects and working with Project Managers and their technical teams.

ESB team delivers to Lines of Business or internally generated projects which range from size and scope. The program manager will be responsible for managing the projects and communications with the business partners along with updating management systems, preparing and presenting reports to senior management on progress. The program manager will leverage the ESB development team to execute all deliverables.

Requirements or Qualifications 

• Knowledge of ESB (Enterprise Service Bus) technology
• Strong project management experience
• Experience working in a matrix structure
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using Portfolio and Project management systems (like Clarity)
• Experience preparing and presenting weekly progress reports to senior management
• Strong budget management skills
• Experience Project/Program managing ESB development  is an asset
• Banking project management experience is an asset
• PMP is an asset
