Our Federal Government client is looking for an Intermediate Bilingual ATIP analyst. This is a 3 month contract opportunity located in Ottawa. The proposed candidate will be expected to review and analyze information and negotiate for its release and the duties will involve the processing of formal ATIP requests and consultation requests as well as resolving complaint investigations in accordance with the ATIP legislation, regulations, policies, directives and guidelines as well as Legislation, Regulation and internal ATIP procedures.

Qualified Candidates must haves
- Possess a Secondary School Diploma and a Certificate, diploma, or degree and/or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience in a relative field
- Be Bilingual in English and French at an intermediate level or higher
- Possess a valid Secret Security Clearance
- 3+ years of experience within the past 5 years in processing access and privacy (ATIP) requests
- 2+ years of experience using the following software: ATIPFlow, ATIPImage and /or ACCESSPro suite
- Experience using the following software:
- MSOffice Word
- MS Outlook
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Canadian Access to Information and Privacy Acts, including their regulations.
- Possess good knowledge of recent jurisprudence and how it affects government Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP)
- Be able to identify sensitive information on his/her own
