Job Description
Our Federal Government client, located in the heart of Downtown Ottawa is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Siebel Functional Analyst with strong knowledge and experience of Rational Tools to fulfill a long term contract.
Requirements
Must Have:
- A valid Enhanced security clearance
- 10+ years experience as an ERP Functional Analyst working within an IM/IT environment.
- At least 5 years of experience designing functional solutions in a Siebel CRM based application
- Experience in leading joint business and IT facilitation sessions
- Coordination of design solutions for user and system interaction (GUI) using Joint Application Design (JAD) techniques.
- Experience in assisting with the documentation of the following : Business Process Models; Siebel System Use Cases; Siebel System Requirements; and Siebel Screens/Views, Siebel Operational and Managerial reports
