Job Description

Our Federal Government client is looking for a Senior Level Business Analyst with experience in the field of information management. This is a year-long contract opportunity located in Ottawa with the opportunity to extend. The proposed candidate will be needed to assess business models, and their integration with technology.

Qualified Candidates will have:

• MUST have a valid Government of Canada security clearance at the TOP SECRET (Level III)
• 10+ years of recent experience in providing business and technical expertise to IM/IT projects
• 5+ years of recent experience facilitating requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders and the technical team to address capability, integration and information management issues.
• Minimum 5 years recent experience providing financial analysis, preparing cost benefit analysis and making recommendations on costing solutions
• 5+ years of recent experience conducting client studies, interviews and research to identify the best practices and processes underlying successful implementations of IM/IT software.
• 5+ years recent experience (within the last 10 years) planning and controlling successful implementations of IM/IT software projects
• Demonstrated experience in developing IM/IT user training manual.
• Demonstrated experience in successfully planning and controlling Web Application development projects.
