Senior Project Lead

Job Description
Our GTA client has a requirement for a Senior Project Lead. This is a 7 month contract located in Toronto.


You will have minimum of 10 years’ experience, including knowledge of IT systems in government/agency and the following demonstrated skills and expertise.

Required:

 Relevant IT project management skills
 Working knowledge of the Canadian health care system
 Experience in managing multiple large-scale ehealth projects
including the management of technical staff, architects, and other
project support team members
 Experience with complex IT procurement initiatives within the public
sector environment
 Familiarity with large-scale health integration models and solutions.
 Familiarity with the provincial government’s privacy and security
policies
 A proven background and experience in the managing projects and
associated artifacts within the Zachman Framework and gating
process
 Familiarity with health standards and protocols (i.e. HL7)

Desirable:

 Practical health care application system integration experience
 Understanding of the PHIPA and other privacy and security legislation
to ensure project compliance
