About the Job


Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for Sr. Business Analyst for a 7 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.


Requirement or Qualifications:

o A strong background in business process definition, and experience in
the development of artifacts associated with the Zachman Framework
and gating process
o Experience in conducting fit/gap analysis on COTS products, as well as
developing business cases and evaluating proposals for these products
o Practical knowledge in workflow of health stakeholder organizations,
particularly with the resources in these organizations responsible to
accomplish and maintain health integration
o Experience with provincial repositories, preferably within an integration context.
o Understanding of business modelling techniques/tools, best practices for
readiness assessment, and structured development methodologies
o Demonstrated experience with health systems where privacy and security
aspects play major role (collection or storage of personal health information), and required documentation including provincial healthcare
privacy and security legislation and policies
o Experience with at least one of Health industry data standards (e.g., HL7, ICD9)
o Relevant development and team leadership skills with specific and
extensive experience in designing, constructing and debugging enterprise-scale web applications
o Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills; verbal
and written communication skills; interpersonal and organizational skills
