About the Job


Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for Project Leader for a 6 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto.


Requirement or Qualifications:


Deliverables

•Lead and facilitate project teams and initiatives that support the deliverables of the common assessment projects.
•Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and identify issues and risks which may impact successful completion of the project in order to develop mitigation strategies for issue resolution and escalation.
•Lead small projects with external stakeholders/businesses.
•Document recommendations, charter and solutions.
•Develops strategies to mitigate, resolve and escalate issues that arise within the projects lifecycle.
•Lead teams of resources to ensure that functional best practices, consistency, and efficient processes are applied across initiatives.
•Ensure strategic alignment with other projects and initiatives within CCIM to provide successful implementation of project deliverables.
•Maintain and continually develop the relationship with stakeholders in the Community Sectors.
•Develop presentations and present them to stakeholders.


Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•Experience with full project life cycle
•Ability to develop and implement process mapping procedures
•Experience in implementing change management processes within the community care sector.
•Experience leading small functional teams (where the responsibility is to ensure capacity, best practices, consistent process)
•Demonstrated experience leading project teams.
•Ability to develop reports and plans using MS Project or Visio
•Experience using documentation methodologies
•Ability to facilitate meetings to encourage communication with stakeholders.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to apply strong listening skills to facilitate issue management.
•Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and other parties for input.
•Experience influencing stakeholders to drive negotiations to a common outcome
•Proven experience facilitating Functional Business Transition is strongly desired
•Experience within the healthcare community
