About the Job

Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for Project Support / Level 1 for a 6 months, Contract opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto, Ontario

Scope of Services and Deliverables - The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:


Deliverables

•Coordinate activities with third party and outsourced vendors including managing invoices, meetings, change requests and other support requests
•Records and tracks technical applications issues and complaints and contribute to problem identification.
•Informs customers on problem status and progress. Also engages third party vendor support groups as required.
•Maintain an appropriate knowledge of the CCIM technical environment
•Distribute materials for meetings and training.
•Update database, distribution lists and excel spreadsheets.
•General administrative tasks for the project team, as assigned.
•Create instructional guides for internal and external users.
•Create and gather KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) when requested.


Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

•2+ years’ experience working in a technical environment and supporting technical projects – business and financial applications, outsourcing and desktop support
•Demonstrated technical knowledge - comfortable working with server & web applications
•Strong knowledge of desktop productivity applications – Excel, Word, Visio, MS project and PowerPoint.
•Good verbal and written communication skills
•Comfortable providing regular updates to project lead / project managers
•Good analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
•A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
•Organizational skills to establish priorities, coordinate, carry out responsibilities & meet deadlines
•Experience using an issue tracking/ticketing system.
•Experience in Healthcare industry
