Project Leader Level 2

Job Description
Our GTA client requires a Project Leader Level 2 for the following;


Deliverables

•Lead and facilitate project teams and initiatives that support the deliverables as identified in the Integrated Assessment project Charter.
•Lead projects with external stakeholders.
•Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress and identify issues and risks which may impact the successful completion of the project.
•Develop mitigation strategies for issue resolution and escalation.
•Document recommendations, charter and solutions.
•Ensure strategic alignment with other projects and initiatives within the project to provide successful implementation of project deliverables
•Maintenance & continual development of relationship with stakeholders in the IA Sector.
•Develop and present to stakeholders, from clinical to “C” level.
•Lead a team of resources to ensure implementation capacity, functional best practices, and that consistent and efficient processes are applied across the project.


Qualifications

•Experience with implementation in community based organizations
•Able to lead small functional teams (where the responsibility is to ensure capacity, best practices, and consistent process)
•Knowledge of integrated assessment and community based assessment tools
•Demonstrated experience in the execution of a full project life cycle
•Proven ability to be the ambassador for change management
•Strong facilitation skills demonstrated within healthcare environment
•Experience engaging multiple stakeholders and other parties for input
•Experience influencing and negotiating to common outcome
•Experience with designing & testing a consent framework within healthcare environment.
•Functional business transition facilitation.
•Health care industry experience.
•Proficient with MS Project or Visio
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Strong listening skills
