•Superior facilitation and presentation skills
•Deliver to an Intermediate level, training in Microsoft Office technology in support of the firms’ requirements
•Deliver New Hire Technology Training
•Deliver end-user training for technology implementations
•Provide feedback on course content as required
•Provide exceptional client service to all consumers of the departments’ services using the firms’ available resources
•Identify and propose solutions to issues that could affect customer satisfaction
•Assist in providing end-user support for the firms’ technology systems using the available technologies (off the shelf/in-house systems)
•Manage training administration and logistics
•Coordinate class setup requirements including facility booking, facilitator requirements and student enquiries in support of technology learning initiatives
The successful candidate should have the following:
•2 or more years of training/facilitation experience in a corporate, technology-based environment
•Microsoft Office Specialist Certification
•Self-starter, proactive, and adaptable
•Ability to learn new technology and systems quickly
•Detail orientated and ability to prioritize
•Possess excellent time management skills
•Strong team player
•Ability to support end users using different technologies (phone, in person, web)
•Exceptional communication skills (oral, written)
•Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships with all functions, services and office locations in the region
The following qualifications are an asset:
•Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification
•Knowledge of Adult Learning methodologies, including knowledge of Instructional Design
•Working knowledge of Siebel
