About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a Solution Developer for a 1 year Contract opportunity. The position is located in Concord, ON.

Role

One of our Client's is looking for a Solution Developer for a Solution Developer for a 1 year contract in Concord, ON.

Responsibilities

• Prepare code for promotion to a test environment.
• Interact with in-house QA testers and business users to ensure proper functionality of changes.
• Prepare code for production releases.
• Ensure roll-back procedures are available for all releases.
• Address user inquiries related to application features and functionality.
• Keep all requirements, design and program documentation up-to-date.
• Assist in annual testing of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions to ensure plan remains relevant and system functionality in place.
• Assist in month-end processes relating to reporting and data queries.
• SQL Server and IIS server maintenance.
• Research regularly using the Internet for any new patches or upgrades.
  
  

Qualifications

• C# Experience
• MS SQL Server (writing T-SQL Queries and Stored Procedure)

 

Nice to Have

• Experience using MS Team Foundation or similar source control
• Windows Forms Experience
• Crystal Reports
