Our client has a requirement for a Help Desk Analyst - Junior for 12 Months Contract opportunity. The position is located in Montreal, QC

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Specialists are responsible for providing technical assistance to end users by answering questions and resolving computer desktop problems for internal clients via telephone by remote access. Maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities in ticketing system (remedy) Confer with users and/or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
 
Education / Experience
  • Minimum of High school degree
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk position
  • 2 years of experience in customer service -Bilingual is required(French and English 10/10) -Windows 7 -Flawless communications skill -Experience with ticketing system -Team spirit -Professional and personable
