About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Development System Support Analyst for a 9 Month Contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities

• Provide application, development, and QA environment support to the project development team on multiple initiatives
• Build, maintain, and support development and/or QA test environments and infrastructure for the development/QA environment in order to establish a proper development environment for the project team
• Install and configure hardware and system software to meet the requirements of the project design
• Document the final system configuration and installation procedure of the development/QA environment in order to make sure the Systems Design Document is current
• Monitor performance and availability of hardware, services, application, and cycle processes to ensure that the development environment does not impact the project schedule

 

Requirements or Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience
• Expertise with SDLC
• Windows 2003 and/or 2008 and/or 2012 experience
• Banking/Financial Background
• Network trouble shooting experience (basic knowledge)
• Experience with change process/management tools is an asset
