About the Job
Our client has a requirement for a Data Entry Administrator/Project Coordinator for a 6 Month Contract opportunity. The position is located in London, ON.

Role
Our client is looking for 2 Data Entry personnel’s to support the detailed tasks required to support the bulk loading of printers into the Print Wizard as well as the documentation associated to these changes.
This group is tasked with managing the operations of the company’s print, scan, fax devices and supporting software within Canada.
 
Responsibilities
  • Perform bulk data entry of printers to the print wizard
  • Assist with one off print wizard additions when possible
  • Assist with miscellaneous tasks when necessary
  • Provide assistance to the team with ongoing project rollouts when required
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Locate and correct data entry errors, or report them to Team Leader or manager.
  • Maintain logs of activities and completed work.
  • Participate & contribute to service improvement plans
  • Escalation to the team lead or manager when required
  • Liaison with internal teams
 
Requirements or Qualifications
  • 3+ years administration and project management experience
  • Versed in the Microsoft Office suite of applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on clear and concise documentation
  • Ability to work on multiple concurrent tasks/projects
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • May be required to participate in support of clients and team during non-core business hours using cell phone/email
  • Knowledge of IP, queue based printing technologies and print/scan drivers and techniques is an asset
