Job Description

Our client has a requirement for three (3) Intermediate Programmer Analysts for a ten (10) month opportunity. The positions are located in Ottawa, ONT

 Requirements or Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Programmer Analyst, in an IM/T environment;
• 3+ years experience developing large web based applications using ASP.Net and the .Net framework 3.5 or higher;
• 3+ years experience with Oracle and PL/SQL development within the last five (5) years;
• 1+ year of experience in data model design;
• 7+ years experience programming in JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
• 5+ years experience working with COM components in a Classic ASP environment;
• 7+ years producing IT Design and Specification documents following a recognized industry standard methodology such as Macroscope’s Architecture Framework, Business Rules and Unit Task Specifications;
• 2+ years experience with Team Foundation Server 2008 or above for source control;
• 2+ years experience with Crystal Reports 2008 or above;
• 2+ years developing in accordance with Treasury Board web standards for the government of Canada;
• 2+ years experience with Visual Studio 2008 or above;
• 2+ years experience incorporating security safeguards to facilitate the handling and protection of classified information, such as Oracle Advanced Security, incorporating PKI Authentication, Epass, Access Key, GC Key;
• 2+ years experience in logical and physical design using Erwin or industry equivalent modeling tool;
• 2+ years experience reverse engineering applications to produce design and unit task specifications; and
• Valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance.
