Description

The Business Technology Service Division within our client is seeking a Lead Java Developer to help lead the Design/Develop/Test activities for eServices Portal project. This role will be provide detailed design, development, test and support activities including understanding and translating client business requirements into functional and technical documentation and understand existing applications’ architecture and functionality.

 

Responsibilities

• Provide IT expertise in the development of eServices Portal application and integration with Legacy applications
• Preparing detailed design in collaboration with solution designer, that is compliant with target architecture.
• Developing system design documents, system logic models, flow diagrams, unit test cases
• Coding, testing and deploying software according to the specific requirements and deliverables
• Develop new/modify existing data models and/or application logic in order to implement new business processes or to correct/enhance existing applications
• Handle complex programming assignments involving integration with third party hardware/software applications
• Document development efforts from both the technical and the business process perspective
• Providing deployment documentation, build books, configuration guides, training and hand over

 

Knowledge & Skills

Must have:

• 5+ experience in analysis, design and development of Enterprise level software using Oracle technologies/J2EE platform.
• 100% hands on experience with development of Java/J2EE Applications on Oracle Technology Stack (Webcenter 11 g, Weblogic server), Linux, Single Sign On and domain to domain authentication.
• Proven experience with technologies such as Oracle SQL, Javascript, CSS, HTML
• Strong Object Oriented implementation skills using Java and J2EE (EJB, JDBS, JMS, JSP/Servlets)
• 5+ Web Services, XML, JDeveloper, LDAP, Databases, Web 2.0

 

Nice to have:

• Experience with Portal Technology, ADF Faces, Portlets
• Oracle WebCenter & WebCenter Spaces (Oracle Portal & Forms, SOA)
• Experience with development technologies such as Alphinat
• Previous experience on responsive design/applications for mobile platforms.
• Agile/Kanban project delivery methodology experience, including leading Standup/SCRUM sessions with project teams
