One of our financial services hiring managers is looking for ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ANALYST to join his team in Markham for a one year contract opportunity

Qualifications

• Position is responsible for the billing operations management of Canada and/or multiple Latin American countries from billing account setup management to generation and distribution of invoices.
• Candidate will work directly in the regional billing system to establish new customer profiles, enter customer rates, working with incoming feeds and process monthly invoices for customers. Position also requires interfacing with Customer Care Dispute center in order to resolve complex customer billing inquiries and/or disputes.
• Qualified individuals should have strong analytical skills, Microsoft Office skills and the ability to understand and interpret contracts.
• An understanding of the billing process and Oracle system is mandatory.
• Spanish is mandatory.
• College education is preferred
