Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Recruiting Coordinator for 6 months contract. The position is located in Irving - Texas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews, phone screens, travel. 
• Will be using internet based tools and outlook to schedule appointment.
• Manage data of applicants as they go thru the recruiting process, documenting updates in excel and access.
• Interact with hiring managers and interviewers to successfully execute interviews by managing schedules.
• Demonstrated excellent skills with follow-through and a strong detail orientation
• Possess a high level of integrity, including the ability to handle confidential information.
• Responds to requests with a sense of urgency
• Ability to manage requests from multiple sources and to seek prioritization when needed
• Must be adaptable to unexpected changes
• Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment
• Minimum of one year of comparable recruitment or Human Resources (HR) experience or education is desirable
