Job Description

Our Federal Government client has a requirement for a PeopleSoft IM Architect with experience developing and maintaining the Architecture and Data Models for a 3 month contract with part time options afterwards. Responsibilities of the IM Architect include proposing a data quality strategy, As-Is and To-be documentation and providing ongoing advice to the project on data integration and conversion within the context of an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Implementation.

Requirements or Qualifications

• Assessing and recommending data management and data quality strategy reports, including an issue resolution report;
• Statement of Requirements assessment documentation;
• System migration path recommendation report;
• Data deficiencies and user perception assessment report;
• Options and associated costing for data clean-up report; and
• As-Is and To-Be IM architecture documentation.
• Valid PWGSC Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications

• Previous experience providing strategic and tactical advice and recommendations on data management and data quality initiatives;
• Previous experience Reviewing Statement of Requirements (SORs) and recommend where and how capability and integration improvements can be made;
• Previous experience participating and providing input in the data fit/gap analysis activities:
• Previous experience analyzing and assessing the existing HR and Pay IM architecture landscape with a view to data rationalization and integration into a single ERP system of record;
• Previous completion of the “As-Is” and “To-Be” IM architecture;
• Identify, create and complete data models of the in-service data stores;
• Identify and document data deficiencies and user perception of deficiencies through interviews with clients and stakeholders;
