About the Job

Our client has a requirement for a Junior Help Desk Analyst for a 1 Year Contract opportunity.  The position is located in Toronto, ON.

Role

One of our Financial Services clients is looking for a Junior Help Desk Analyst to join their team. The contactor will be responsible to provide Level 1 support for an Oracle based application that is used by our client's employees in order to process orders (office supplies etc).

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support for an Oracle based application
• User access maintenance and set up
• Each Help Desk analyst can expect to receive approximately 40 to 50 request on a daily basis

Requirements or Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have:

• Professional diploma
• Bilingual (French and English)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in helpdesk/technical support role
• Expert level Microsoft suite experience
• Experience working with Oracle
• Detailed oriented
• Customer service skills
