Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Change Management Consultant with the ability and experience to lead a team of Change Management specialists. This is an opportunity that is vital to the success of a dynamic project in implementing the change management strategy that has been developed and ensuring the strategy remains relevant throughout the project. This a long term contract opportunity in Edmonton Alberta.

Qualifications
  • Change Management, HR and/or Organizational Development experience encompassing large‐scale system and process implementations with at least 8 years of relevant experience.        
  • Led the execution of change adoption strategies and plans (e.g. town halls, communications, training, desk drops) as part of large‐scale system and process implementations with demonstrated experience of at least 3 relevant projects in the last 10 years.
  • Led the execution of organizational design activities (e.g. organizational structure, sizing, workforce mapping, role description, transition planning) as part of large‐scale transformations with demonstrated experience of at least 3 relevant projects in the last 10 years.
  • Managed teams of Change Management practitioners as part of large scale system and process implementations with demonstrated experience of at least 3 relevant projects in the last 10 years.
                               
Desirable Attributes

  • University Degree in relevant fields
  • Change Management Professional or Project Management Professional Designation
  • Experience within the Pension Industry
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Ariel and/or Virtuo applications
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience with establishing a Change Network and training Change Champions to lead relevant adoption activities
