Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Senior ATIP Analyst for a contract opportunity.  The position is  located in Ottawa.

Requirements/ Qualifications

• Government of Canada Security Clearance
• Minimum of 3 years experience in interpreting, applying and documenting actions related to the administration of the federal Access to Information and Privacy Acts (ATIP), regulations, policies and guidelines using an ATIP case management system
• Minimum of two (2) years of Post Secondary Studies
• Minimum of 3 years experience in interpreting, applying and application of the federal Access to Information and Privacy Acts (ATIP), regulations, policies and guidelines
• Experience analyzing, researching and reviewing sensitive information within the formalized ATIP process.
• Experience in negotiating information disclosures with a broad range of officials in the department and in Departments and Agencies; in preparing correspondence related to access to information and privacy.
• Experience in handling and resolving complaints lodged with the Offices of the information Commissioner and Privacy Commissioner.
• Completed Post Secondary Studies in excess of the two (2) years
