Job Description
Our client has a requirement for a Senior Change Adoption Specialist Consultant who will be expected to lead, execute, train and report on the change adoption plans and provide expert leadership and guidance to update and maintain the plan throughout the life of the project and where appropriate, suggest improvements to the existing change adoption strategy and plans. This a long term contract opportunity in Edmonton Alberta.

Mandatory Qualifications
  • 5+ years relevant change management experience encompassing large‐scale system and process implementations
  • Over 5 relevant projects in the last 10 years demonstrating experience with the execution of change adoption strategies and plans (e.g. town halls, communications, training, desk drops) as part of large‐scale system and process implementations
  • 5+ years demonstrated experience undertaking assignments with tight timelines and critical business operational impacts

Desirable Attributes
  • Solid understanding of leading practice change adoption frameworks, methods and tools
  • Proven ability to be innovative and pragmatic in driving Change Management outcomes that are appropriate to the organizational environment
  • Ability to build relationships with all parts of the business in a highly “matrixed” organization
  • Strong facilitator for both large scale and small group sessions across all levels of the organization including senior executives
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate (written and oral) effectively with staff with varying degrees of business expertise
  • A University degree in relevant fields
  • Execution of organizational design activities (e.g. organizational structure, sizing, workforce mapping, role description, transition planning) as part of large‐scale transformations
  • Solid understanding of leading practice organizational design frameworks, methods and tools
  • Experience within the industry domain of Pension Administration, Pension Services or other relevant Public Administrations
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Ariel and/or Virtuo applications
  • Experience providing subject matter expertise across leadership alignment, stakeholder management and operating model/strategy refresh
  • Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Yes or No
  • Change Management Professional or Project Management Professional (PMP) designation
