About the Job

Our client has a requirement for Quality Analyst for a 6 month contract opportunity.  The positions are located in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Experience with US/CDN Insurance Mobile applications + Strong understanding of Mobile technologies and applications across multiple platforms 
• Experience with Mobile devices 
• The ability to multitask within a fast paced Mobile space 
• Execution to of UAT/BAT test cases on Mobile devices 
• Familiarity with viewing applications on wireless device(s) screens 
• University degree or college diploma with previous experience in the IT industry
• 3+ years Hands-on Experience with ALL Mobile devices (smart phones and tablets, IOS, Android and BlackBerry) 
• 3+ years Experience within insurance and financial industry.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation to understand testing requirements. 
• Using System Requirements and System Design Documents, write, maintain and execute manual test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts. 
• Execute test cases ensuring accuracy and record test results. Identify and document bugs and communicate them to the team. Work with development team to resolve problems. 
• Assist in the preparation of test result walkthroughs / presentations to the project team and business representatives. 
• Utilize manual and some automated testing tools for defect tracking and issue resolution.
