Our client has a requirement for Genesys Developer for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto, Ontario.
Job Description
Looking for certified Genesys developers that will be responsible for preparing/reviewing documents such as build guides, high-level and detailed design, and security design; coordinating configuration requirements with QA and product implementation; assisting in lab setup; etc
Require Genesys skills, general call centre and telephony background, voice recording (Verint loggers), Genesys CTI, Genesys call routing and reporting, Genesys outbound dialer, IEX workforce management, Centergistics real time display, Avaya IP Telephony
