Our client has a requirement for PM IV for a 3 months contract opportunity. The positions are located in Mississauga.

Department Overview:

Enterprise Delivery Services is part TD Architecture that is responsible for managing shared aspects of delivery for the Enterprise. Enterprise Shared Application Services is focused on the management and support of composite shared capabilities (Enterprise Service Bus, Business Process Management, and Enterprise Document Management) and the associated application development frameworks and Centres of Excellence.
*This is a 3 month contract-that will be converted to full time, after the initial 3 months. Please ensure that the candidates that are submitted are aware and understand that after 3 months they will be FTE with TDBFG.

Scope

* Please note that we are seeking strong, hands-on functional, Infrastructure- Project Managers that are seasoned and have an extensive background from an enterprise environment.

• Define scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with the ESAS team, senior management and stakeholders.
• Estimate resources requirements needed to achieve project goals as agreed upon with stakeholder group and provide project costs estimates.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated SDLC documents and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, track project milestones and deliverables and identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team
• Co-ordinate with Infrastructure, vendor, internal or external development teams to manage the implementation/release of new ESAS capabilities or configurations..
• Manage the performance of all assigned engagements; manage the plan to actual value, i.e. time, budget, scope, and change control.
• Manage simultaneous projects, as required to completion.
• Consistently use the applicable PMLC and SDLC framework elements appropriate to each engagement for quality and consistency.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience:
• 6+years of project management experience with solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Previously worked with EDM (Enterprise Document Management)
• Proven success in large enterprise development/deployment in banking/financial industry
• Sound technical understanding of Infrastructure
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management- STRONG understanding of PMLC / Methodologies
• Stakeholder Relations – ability to present to and build professional/strategic relationships
• Communication-ability to articulate verbally and in writing
• Organization/Planning – Demonstrates the ability to prioritize, schedule, and monitor multiple tasks and projects.
• Vision – Ability to see both detail and big-picture
• Financial/Budget Management- must be familiar with all aspect of budget/metrics
• Business Acumen- must have strong business knowledge and the experience to support decisions
• Analytical ability -Ability to take a systematic approach to investigating and gaining an understanding of issues and needs in order to form conclusions
Specific Educational Requirements / Accreditations:
• Bachelors Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.

Must Haves:

•6 years of Senior Project Management experience within the EDM space
6+ years of experience with Strong Project Management
•more than 6 years experience, can manage multiple / matrix environment (PMO / Service Manager)
•Must come from an enterprise- environment- 6+ yrs
•business documentation- knack for selling
•Able to speak stakeholders/ work through ambiguity/ Strong negotiation/ impact-influence
•Understanding/ demonstrated experience with cost/benefit analysis or feasibility studies
•Strong Risk management
•PMP
•Enterprise Systems Projects…
•Ability to manage multiple small to large initiatives simultaneously
•Must be available to travel to the U.S. maximum of 20-25% (most likely very little travel-but must have current travel documents)

Nice to Haves:

•Familiarity with ESB technologies
•TOGAF / ITIL (we will also consider equivalent architecture or framework experience) this is the space that ESAS works within
• To be familiar with Workflow-5+yrs Enterprise Document Mgnt
• ITIL , (Nice to have) Framework (Togaff / Zachman)
