Job Description:

Outbound customer service rep
Our client has a requirement for Outbound Customer Service rep. for a 4 month contract opportunity.

The position is located in Winnipeg


Requirement or Qualifications:

Qualified Candidates will have:


Title: Outbound customer service rep


Timeline of the assignment: 4 month assignment, ending September 30th.

Hours 8-4:30, Monday through Friday.


Travel: No travel required.


High level responsibilities:

• Review customer configuration to ensure complete setup and communicate required changes to customer

• Create tracking tickets for the work completed


Day to day tasks:

• Configuration review and tracking

• Reporting

• Outbound calling to affected customers


Culture of team: Independent team, but everyone held to high standards and accountability.

The team tends to be pretty tight-knit despite working on separate projects.


Qualifications:

Must have skills:

• Excellent verbal/written communication

• Good technical aptitude

• Strong organization and time management

• Customer focus



Nice to have skills:

• Experience with e-mail infrastructure

• Bilingual


Educational and Industry Background:

• 2+ years customer service/escalation experience

• 1-3 years post-secondary preferred
