Project Lead - Change Management

Job Description

Our GTA client has a requirement for a Project Lead. This is a 6 month contract located in Toronto. You will have experience in Project implementation in a healthcare community care setting.

Must Have Skills:

•Experience with facilitation, engaging multiple stakeholders and other parties for input.
•Project implementation experience.
•Experience influencing and negotiating to common outcome.
•Change management experience.
•Functional business transition experience (transitioning project work into business application).
•Experience with full project life cycle.
•Business process mapping experience.
•Leadership of small functional teams - where the responsibility is to ensure best practices and consistent process.
•Health care experience (Community Care sector preferred)
•MS Project or Visio experience.
