Job Description:

•The candidate will maintain user access and IT policies and practices of the organization
•Repair, update, install troubleshoot and maintain desktop computer equipment and peripherals
•Troubleshoot network backbone and determine root cause of network and hardware type issues.
•Provide preventative maintenance of Desktop Computer equipment and all peripherals.


Requirements or Qualifications:

2-5 years experience working as an Operations Support Specialist

Microsoft Certifications

Cisco Certifications
