Project Manager

Job Description

Our GTA client has a requirement for a Project Manager for a 6 month contract located in Toronto. You have related project leadership experience (preferably in a community health environment) and proven track record of building successful partnerships and networks with community health leads/stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and experiences. Travel throughout Ontario is required.


Must Have Skills:

•Previous experience implementing common assessment tools within community sectors
•Related project leadership experience (preferably in a community health environment)
•Proven track record of building successful partnerships and networks with community health leads/stakeholders of diverse backgrounds and experiences
•Working knowledge of the common assessment instruments for the purposes of evaluating and demonstrating resulting clinical benefits to a wide variety of stakeholders and community leaders within the related sector
•In-depth knowledge of one of Ontario’s community health sectors.
