Job Description
Our GTA client has a requirement for a Project Technical Support consultant with experience supporting Dynamics GP version 10 application. You will provide technical application support in response to end-user requests. This is a renewable 6 month contract located in Toronto.
Must Have Skills:
•Experience in Ontario healthcare sector
•5+ years experience providing technical support experience in a tier 1 and tier 2 working environment.
•Experience supporting Dynamics GP v10 application in a hosted environment.
•Experience supporting Quadrant QHR application in a hosted environment.
•Working experience with Terminal Servers.
•Working knowledge of remote security access gateways (like Connectra)
•Experience resolving and prioritizing service tickets.
•Experience installing, configuring and supporting Windows Operating Systems
•Experience with Desktop or network support.
•Experience re- imaging desktops or laptops.
•Certification in Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) preferred.
