Job Description

Our Federal Government client has a month long contract opportunity for an ITIL Process Consultant located in Ottawa. The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience at a transactional level negotiating with stakeholders for roles and responsibilities and then documenting process for Incident Management, problem and configuration management. The candidate must have a solid ITIL background, be technically inclined, and possess strong negotiation.

Qualified Candidates will have

• A valid security clearance at an Enhanced Reliability or higher
• 10+ years of experience in Project  Management and ITIL Process implementation
• Senior level of experience negotiating with stakeholders at a high level
• Experience in Incident, problem and configuration Management
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
