Requirements
Must Have:
The consultant must have demonstrated experience developing and implementing procedures that provide a means of:
- Assigning priorities and tracking events/activities/tasks including inter-relationships
- Viewing and balancing staff effort
- Filtering events/activities by a time scale
- Tracking availability of key personnel
- Graphically represent results at a Command, HQ, Branch and individual level
- Link activities to the five lines of the Campaign Plan
- Useable on the Classified and Unclassified domains
