Job Description

Our client has a requirement for HR Coordinator for a 6 month contract opportunity.  The position is located in Irving, Texas.

Role

• Input of data and maintainance of the quality of data in payroll system for US and Canada.
• Retrieve and report on employee information.
• Prepare payroll documentation (e.g. contracts, procedures) as directed.
• Create and maintain employee information (web or print).
• Work with external vendors to administer payroll services.
• Implementation, delivery, and administration of payroll services.
• Perform semi routine tasks of moderate complexity requiring some discretion and judgment.
• Carry out tasks/activities according to assignment and set guidelines with moderate degree of supervision and coaching needed.

Requirements or Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in Payroll prefereably using ADP Payforce.
• Documentation experience
