Job Description:
Our client, located in Ottawa, Ontario is looking for a technical writer to consolidate and streamline the documentation from their current systems and evaluate the existing documentation, user needs and make recommendations for material to develop.
Requirements:
Must Have:
- 5 years experience as a Technical Writer;
- 3 years of experience developing end-user online help documentation;
- Depth and breadth of work experience developing end-user online help documentation; including the type of work, its complexity, and responsibilities;
- 2 years of experience in translation of user documentation;
- 2 years of experience with Autonomy TeamSite;
- 3 years of experience with Microsoft Word, Visio, and Powerpoint;
- 2 years of experience with Adobe Dreamweaver;
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal); and
- Valid Enhanced Reliability security clearance.
