Job Description:

Our client is looking for an experienced Bilingual (French and English) Technical Support Specialist for a Permanent role located in Hawkesbury, Ontario.  The chosen candidate will provide 1^st and 2^nd level support via telephone, remotely or on site.  You will also need to have extensive knowledge of a variety of computer systems and be very comfortable navigating within different software applications.  Other job duties will include: defective hardware replacement, training, physical deployment of new installations and client site visits.

Must Haves:

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English

·         Minimum current MCP or MCSE designations

·         Citrix CCA Certification is an asset

·         Minimum 2 years practical PC and TCP/IP computer network experience

·         Minimum 2 years of support for HP/Lenovo desktops, laptops and servers

·         Exceptional technical troubleshooting abilities in a complex network environment

·         Working knowledge of Print Client/Server Environments, MS Window Operating Systems, Citrix and Network Infrastructure.
