Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a Business Systems Analyst for a 10 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Mississauga.

Role:
1. Provide innovative solutions for reporting needs with an emphasis on delivering improved methods of data presentation.
2. Leverage internal systems and tools and combine it with business knowledge to deliver business insight and decision making.
3. Work with Channel Incentives Lead, Stakeholders, Business Analysts & IT teams to create & automate new processes.
4. Challenge existing processes and implement changes as needed.
5. Working closely with key internal customers and ensuring highest level of data quality.
6. Create & maintain business rules and reporting hierarchies.
7. Develop and Maintain Data & Reporting infrastructure
8. Provide accurate measurement and reporting of Customer & Partner business metrics including aspects of revenue and pipeline management.

Requirement or Qualifications:

- Knowledge of Sales & Marketing and Business Metrics.
- Previous Business Reporting Analyst or similar experience in a Large Enterprise
- Ability to communicate and translate between businesses need, data structures and analysis conclusions.
- Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to solve in real world business problems.
2) Technical / Functional Skills
- Advanced Excel (Functions, Pivot Tables etc),
- Business Modelling using Excel.
- Understanding of databases and previous hands on experience with various reporting dashboards
- Ability to drive success through the ambiguity resulting from highly variable levels of data quality.
- Understanding of CRM systems.
