Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for a Network Management Operations Technician (Tier 2) for an 8 month contract opportunity. The position is located in Calgary.

Role:
Local IT onsite support in Calgary, Canada supporting the entire IT infrastructure components providing local hands on for LAN and WAN equipment (under supervision). The candidate needs to be proficient (certification is a plus but not required) in Microsoft Windows 7 and Microsoft Office 2010 and be able to work in a remote environment with little supervision to resolve any computer problem from end to end providing Tier I and Tier II support.
