Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for a Senior Software Developer – IntelliMatch AVTL for 3 months contract. The position is located in Toronto, Ontario.

This individual will be working on a Reconciliation project to automate Net Settlement vs. Trades from ADP to FundSERV. We are looking for a development resource for source file automation/ integration, AVTL parsers and report development.

The second project that this individual would be working on requires development effort for the reconciliation controls for various financial streams and accounts within the bank.

 

Required Skills:

• Must be a skilled developer who can do data analysis and system analysis, not just programming
• 7+ years of experience working with .NET framework; must understand multi-thread programming
• Knowledge/experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS)
• 7+ years of experience working with SQL Server (must have experience with versions 2008 and 2010)
• Extensive hands-on experience with SQL Server; stored procedures, database script development
• Banking / Financial data modeling experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• IntelliMatch experience (a SunGard product) would be a huge asset for this individual to have
• Reconciliation/data matching experience
• Management Information System (MIS) reporting experience
• Experience with ETL, any other tools would be accepted. AVTL is similar to an ETL tool.
