Job Description:
Our Federal Government client is in need of a Senior Project Manager (Level 3) located in Gatineau, Quebec.

Qualified Candidates MUST have:
- A valid Security Clearance at the Enhanced Reliability level or higher.
- MUST be Bilingual (Oral and Comprehension Advanced, Written Intermediate)
- Over 10 years as a Project Manager in an IT environment
- 5+ years as a Project Manager holding a valid Prince 2 or PMP professional certification (proof is required)
- A minimum of 5 years (preferably 10 years) recent experience working as a project manager in a Federal Government or crown corporation environment
- 2+ years project management for implementation of IFMS/IFMS components
- Experience managing projects and their project deliverables using an enterprise electronic Project and/or Portfolio Management System (e.g. Clarity, Primavera, Oracle, Microsoft Enterprise Server or Project Server).
- Experience producing Project Charters, Project Schedules, Project Budgets, and Project Work Breakdown Schedules (WBS)
