About the Job
Job Description:
Our GTA client has a requirement for a VOIP Infrastructure Specialist to join their team. This is a 22 month contract located in Toronto.
Must Have Skills:
- The individual must have minimum (6) years experience with VOIP and PBX design and implementation
- Experience with implementing Call Centre telephony and IVR systems
- Thorough understanding of networking requirements for VOIP implementations
- Experience with implementing dual-site fail-over solutions for VOIP infrastructures
- Experience with network design required by VOIP systems
- Thorough understanding of design required to provide calling and designated waiting intercoms for remote offices
- Experience with integration of VOIP systems with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and Lync
