About the Job:
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate with project managers, architects, vendors and other technical parties. This position is located in Montreal, Quebec.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor service level agreements
- Plan and execute deployments of infrastructure components
- Participate in evaluating projects / upgrades / replacements
- Act as escalation point for services outages
- Participate in capacity planning
Requirements or Qualifications
- 5+ years in infrastructure roles
- 1+ year as coordinator
- Practical experience with infrastructure components (networking, servers, etc)
- Practical experience with ITIL service management.
- Create and maintain strong relationship with internal clients
- Intermediate Networking concepts (firewall rules, NATing, physical network)
- Basic server administration
- "Hands-on" attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
