Job Description:
Our client has a requirement for Project Leaders / Level 1 for a 6 month opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto.

Requirement or Qualifications:
The services and deliverables to be provided will include the following:
- Develops, tracks and executes project plans for a variety of projects, including LHIN-based implementations and special projects.
- Coordinates working groups and other related activities for a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Identifies risks, issues and action items and develops a risk management and issue resolution plan.
- Provides regular project updates to the Project Manager and Delivery Manager.
- Monitors dependencies and linkages across project streams.
- Facilitates prompt escalation of issues and risks to the Project Manager and Delivery Manager for mitigation.
- Develops presentation material and presents to stakeholders.
- Leads teams of resources to ensure functional best practices, consistent, efficient processes are applied across initiatives, ensuring capacity.
Qualifications:
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong meeting/event coordination and facilitation skills
- Experience with change management
- Experience leading teams of resources
- MS Project and/or Visio
- Documentation methodologies
- Strong listening skills
- Experience engaging multiple stakeholders, and other parties for input
- Experience influencing and negotiating to common outcome
