Job Description:
We have a requirement for an HRIS Sales Account Manager for a permanent position located in North York, Ontario.

So you have an interest in technology and software used for Applicant Tracking Systems, Staffing Agency Vendor Managed Solutions, and Job Boards / Career-Sites? Do you have experience with employment contracts, payroll processing, and a passion for empowering HR Managers?

Zylog Systems Canada has a very unique suite of software with components that include Applicant Tracking,  Job Posting, Career-Sites, Vendor Management, Contract Management and Payroll Processing, and Social Media. TalentFlow, the state-of-the-art software from Zylog is available as a suite of individual services and software for HR.

We are actively seeking professionals with experience in HR / CHRP as sales representatives for these software products and services. As a sales account manager, this role is responsible to evangelize the product and represent Zylog. The role requires expertise to educate and train HR and associated department users on best use of the product and services to maximize performance and satisfaction.

Specific Responsibilities & Primary Duties:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Develop an intimate awareness of client recruitment and hiring processes
  • Existing account management with an emphasis on client retention and key user adoption while achieving client retention goals
  • Grow business within existing accounts
  • Grow new business through new business development
  • Provide sales and software demonstrations to prospect companies
  • Assisting new clients to implement the software solution
  • Interfacing with both clients and internal stakeholders on a regular basis while managing sales cycle in multiple accounts
  • Assist in the development of responses to RFP’s and RFQ’s for established clients and client prospects
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to existing sales team
  • Provide user training to new users and customers as required
  • Attend Trade Shows and Association Group meetings as required
  • Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on a regular basis to review service needs and usage trends. Identify products and pricing that meet customer needs and business objectives.

Key Skills and Attributes Required:
The specific skills and experience required for this position are:
  • Experience of Education in Human Resources is strongly preferred.
  • Prior Sales experience or Recruiting Experience preferred
  • Ability to participate in public speaking engagements at conferences, seminars and workshops
  • Knowledge of the staffing industry business and hiring cycle preferred
  • A highly motivated self-starter with very strong presentation and technical skills
  • Customer service track record and strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to contribute to the organization’s strategic vision
  • A high degree of professionalism and business ethics
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills
  • Highly organized with well developed desktop computing skills as well as knowledge of internet technologies and tools
  • Sound time management skills with the ability to prioritize and work autonomously
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
  • Bilingual French / Francais Written & Verbal preferred
