Job Description

Our client has a requirement for a Solution Delivery Analyst – Remote Access for a six month contract opportunity. The position is located in Toronto, ON.


Role

As a Solution Delivery analyst of the Remote Access Team, the roles and responsibilities include the order fulfillment of Remote Access Requests. The position involves interacting with the various IT groups to coordinate the functions and requirements necessary to complete the Remote Access requests across the enterprise. In addition, the individual will be working closely with the Remote Access support team addressing exception scenarios and issues as required. There will be ongoing collaboration with the different support groups to establish new and streamline existing processes by formulating effective escalation plans.


Responsibilities

•Manage requests submitted on the RARF (Remote Access Request Fulfillment) forms
•New Remote/Internal Access
•Remove Remote/Internal Access
•Domain/Name Change
•Token replacements
•Pandemic Platform
•Execute RARF scripts for all the forms on the portal
•Provision RSA tokens for access to New Remote Access users
•Provision RSA Soft token for Vendors and Emergencies/Lost tokens
•Maintain database/spreadsheet for tracking purposes using Excel 2009
•Participate in team meetings and keep group updated and current
•Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency of the group
•Monitor the generic mailboxes/responses of the RAS team
•Maintain RARF Portal updates
•Liaison with the Mail Room to ensure the RSA token shipping/pick-up in a timely manner
•Add special application processing requests to be escalated to Access Solutions Group
•EA and USD Queue manager
•Monitor and Maintain the Pandemic initiative for the enterprise.
•Liaison with the Access Solutions Groups to maintain Vendor Setup
•Maintain Token Expiry reports and ensure a timely renewal of the RAS service.
•RARF – Updating published applications
•RARF – Updating RO Admin List and Admin List
•Monitor Escalations from the Wholesale Helpdesk and Enterprise Helpdesk
•Maintain the ACE Server clean-up of tokens and user profiles
•Ensure the accurate setup of all new agents in Canada and the US environment.
•Create updated and accurate documentation and training initiatives.
•Liaison with CompliTech/Whitehat (vendor) to facilitate the ordering of physical and software tokens.
•Customizing of the email notification for the token expiry using the ‘Survey Monkey’ tool.
•Liaison with various departments within the organization to provide custom solutions to meet the business needs
•Maintain Audit compliance requirements throughout the entire solution
•Maintain TRIMIS security requirements throughout all the platforms


Requirements or Qualifications

Qualified Candidates will have:

•Systems Administration experience
•Remote Access and RSA token support experience
•Experience supporting Citrix
•Experience working with Shell Scripts
•Experience writing Test scripts
•Strong organizational, analytical and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to communicate with users and troubleshoot problems offering appropriate solutions.
•Proficient knowledge of Word and Excel (2009/2010)
•Analytical thinker
•Strong demonstrated customer service skills
•Action oriented, motivated and executes tasks with a proactive approach
•Apply analytical skills for problem resolution and solution delivery.
•Anticipate obstacles and execute a proactive approach to issues.
