About the Job

Job Description:

Our client has a requirement for Senior Business Analyst / Process Modeling for a 6 month contract opportunity. The positions are located in Toronto, Ontario.


Process Analyst:

We are seeking a strong Business Analyst with strong process modeling experience - not Business Systems Analysts. The incumbent does not require infrastructure background, but rather an Analyst background concentrated on the business side (process/ change/RFI/ RFP's) etc. Process modeling involves building enterprise process architecture, and building measurable and executable business processes, not just flow charting.

The analyst we are seeking needs to be dynamic, social, able to speak with various levels of management and present confidently. This resource will take a leadership role in working with large quantities of raw data to interpret, analyze and translate the data into meaningful terms in support for project deliverables.


Requirement or Qualifications:

•Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans including project charter, project deliverables, cost/benefits analysis, time line estimates, scope and control.
•Establish appropriate security levels for processes, information exchange and system implementation.
•Define, review and influence standards and quality measures/metrics.
•Develop user documentation, user training, and project transition support.
•Collaborate with business leaders, IT professionals, and vendors ensuring that management is kept informed of project status and that problems and issues are escalated appropriately and clearly communicated.


SKILLS:

•Experience in IT support services/employee workspace – tools and processes
•ITIL Certification
•Superior Communication
•Process Modeling experience
•Support /Service Desk experience
